Culinary Series with Chef Tim Keller

Chef Keller will guide participants through the preparation of a multi-course dinner using recipes specially curated to pair perfectly with 2Hawk wines. Small plates of each recipe along with wine pairing will be presented for enjoyment during the class. Participants will receive printed copies of each recipe to take home for future use as well as special pricing on the featured wines of the evening. Maximum of 16 attendees. Reservations of 1-2 seats are available to Wine Club Members November 7-14; open to non-members on November 15th. $75 per member, $95 per non-member. Reservations may be canceled with 72 hours’ notice, but cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of class fees. As such, a valid credit card number must be provided at time of reservation.
