Soaring Toward the Future!

2Hawk Vineyard and Winery experienced an incredible shift in 2017. Our growth and momentum has set the stage for even greater things to come in 2018.

From continued implementation of cutting-edge technologies in the vineyard, winery, and tasting room to Tesla charging stations, a new website, and ever-improving facilities for our guests, 2017 proved that 2Hawk is indeed soaring.

Under Ross Allen’s ingenious farming methods, the vineyards delivered the highest-quality fruit to our winemaker, Kiley Evans, who will bring forth wines that express the hard work and perseverance the 2017 vintage required.

Unprecedented growth in wine sales and our wine club meant several resets in production planning. This is a good problem we are pleased to have, challenges notwithstanding.

Our commitment to community and place was highlighted by the first release of our commemorative 9-1-1 red blend honoring first responders in Jackson County, with profits going to support them. We were both proud and humbled to host the Hearts & Vines Charity Auction. Our direct involvement in the Oregon Wine Experience—which funds the Asante Foundation and Children’s Miracle Network—is another way we work hard to strengthen our region. Culturally, we supported Britt Festival and Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The Rogue Valley offers a multitude of opportunities to make a difference!

On the frontlines, the wine keeps getting more delicious (we earned a 99-point Double Gold at the San Francisco International Competition for our Grenache Rosé, and the Beverage Testing Institute’s World Wine Championships awarded 94 points to our Plume Blanc white blend and 93 points to our Pinot Noir).

Come by the tasting room soon to enjoy the wines, experience the continued improvements, and be treated as family by our staff.
