Important Shipping Information
Adult Signature Required
You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with this winery, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old and must sign for the shipment.
All orders containing alcoholic beverages are shipped directly from our winery via FedEx.
Laws & Permits Regarding the Shipment of Alcohol

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Minnesota, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington
Most items are available immediately. Certain states have highly regulated laws regarding the shipment of wine. Orders shipping to these states will require additional processing time. If your order will not be shipped within three business days, you will receive an email or phone call from our customer service department describing the cause of the delay and you will be given a new projected shipping date. If the new delivery schedule is not acceptable, you can cancel the order for a complete refund. As a general rule, we do not ship wine on Thursdays & Fridays to avoid wine being stored over the weekend.
In addition, your wine shipment may be delayed in case of extreme hot or cold weather conditions. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss options.
Standard Ground Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of FedEx. Orders shipped via Ground will typically arrive three to six business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
Express Shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. During the checkout process, the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the Continental US will be posted.
When you provide your email address at checkout, tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. You may also contact us for order tracking information.

Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive and sign for the package, two subsequent attempts will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Having your order shipped to your work address provides the following benefits:
- Wine orders require the signature of an adult.
- Your order may arrive earlier. FedEx commercial address deliveries for all levels of service typically arrive earlier in the day than at residential addresses.
- You won’t need to worry about missed delivery attempts. All deliveries will occur before 4:30 pm on a business day.
- You will experience fewer driver errors. Delivery drivers know their commercial routes like the back of their hands (if not better). Fewer driver delivery errors occur with deliveries to commercial addresses.
- Your orders won’t be left unattended. Delivery drivers make a judgment call as to the relative security of your packages left on front porches and similar locations. A work address eliminates any possible problems with package theft or damage.
